The climb to the church is steep, but it's worth it. You should definitely climb the few more meters in altitude to the summit cross. There are great views and good history information on the way there. The takeaway prices are perfectly fair for the view you have while enjoying the drink and the toilets are very clean.
Definitely worth the view. Be sure to follow the max. width of the car, hard to pass by, shortly before the church an arch with max 2.0m limits when driving through.
Great viewpoint of the lake. I recommed to leave your car at the main as the road up there is very steep and narrow.
Nothing special. As always, the view from above (probably filmed from a drone) is much better than the view up close.

the Monte Castello sanctuary is build high a rock. a steep road with hairpins leads to this beatiful building, doable with car and (mountainbike)bike (if you are trained). there are stairs for wanderers . behind the sanctuary is a great wander path to the cross on top of the mountain. from this cross and along the path you have a stunning View on the beautiful Lago di Garda!! be careful though, there are no fences to prevent from falling. this mountain has also played an important role in the war, we learned from the signs along the path. very worthwile to visit during your stay in this beautiful part of nothern Italy
Beautiful, amazing, peaceful, powerful place. Please take time to feel the atmosphere and energy. Light a candle. Discover the signs and symbols of the Knights Templar. Fantastic view. Enjoy an espresso at the small café. We could experience this place on a cloudy day nearly alone.
